Started my own agency with CRM, CRO & growth consulting- valuedialog: customers e.g. telegate, telefonica, o2 or IFCO Systems. Around 2 years later supported a pure online player for personalized novels to grow within DACH & UK region into high revenue areas. Deals with brands like Tchibo, dm, Süddeutsche Zeitung, Weltbild, Otto, Pro7Sat1, Ringier Switzerland were initiated and managed by team and myself. As COO I was scaling and training a team for customer focused excellence in channels like CSX, Sales, CRM, SEA, SEO, CRO and affiliate.
